Hollywood actress Denise Richards has made fresh allegations against her estranged husband Aaron Phypers, claiming that he continues to harass her even after being served a temporary restraining order earlier this month.

The 54-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filed for divorce on July 7, ending her six-year marriage with Aaron Phypers, citing irreconcilable differences.

🔒 Denise Richards’ Lawyer Issues Statement

In a statement to People Magazine, Denise’s attorney Brett Berman accused Phypers of not only engaging in repeated abuse during the marriage but also of stealing Denise’s cell phone and laptop and sharing her private information.

“In addition to the repeated abuse perpetrated by Mr. Phypers against Ms. Richards throughout the parties’ marriage, Mr. Phypers has continued to harass Ms. Richards since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order,” Berman stated.

“He has been disseminating private information from Ms. Richards’ stolen cell phone and laptop. These actions continue to disturb Ms. Richards’ peace,” the statement added.

The legal team said they have formally warned Phypers to stop distributing any content from the stolen devices, yet he allegedly continues to violate this demand.

💔 Divorce and Previous Allegations

Denise filed for divorce shortly after claiming that Aaron physically and emotionally abused her during their relationship. The court subsequently approved a temporary restraining order for her protection.

📢 Aaron’s Side of the Story

Aaron Phypers, meanwhile, accused Denise of infidelity in an interview with TMZ on July 19, stating that she had an affair with another man while they were still married.

However, Denise has made it clear through her legal counsel that she will not publicly respond to Aaron’s claims and will address the matter in court.
